Sometimes it’s hard to switch back into work mode once you’ve had several days off (especially this time of year). However, being successful means being able to turn it on and off as needed. It’s important you have a robust personal life full of family and friends. It’s also important that you have a job or vocation that you genuinely care about and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. These two goals shouldn’t be mutually exclusive, but instead part of an overall life plan. What’s most important is being fully in the moment of whatever you are doing and then doing the best you can.
